Folie à deux (pengucapan bahasa Inggris: [fɒˈli ə ˈduː], dalam bahasa Prancis berarti "kegilaan yang dibagi dua") adalah sindrom yang gejalanya (yang merupakan keyakinan yang tidak benar/khayalan) "menular" dari salah seorang ke yang lainnya. Sindrom semacam ini yang dialami oleh lebih dari dua orang disebut folie à trois, folie à quatre, folie en famille, atau bahkan folie à plusieurs.
