Publius Aelius Traianus Hadrianus (24 Januari 76 – 10 Juli 138) adalah seorang kaisar Roma dari 117 hingga 138 M. Hadrian memberi nama Suriah Palestina untuk daerah yang dulunya bernama Iudea, baru belakangan hanya disebut 'Palestina'. Dilahirkan dengan nama Publius Aelius Hadrianus di Roma atau Italika.
Setelah Trajan Memperluas Kekaisaran Dari Armenia Ke Mesopotamia(Sekarang Iraq). Ia Telah Mengembalikan Wilayah Mesopotamia dan Armenia Ke Parthia, Dia Termasuk Dalam 5 Kaisar Terbaik.
