John Mayow FRS (1641–1679) adalah seorang kimiawan, dokter dan psikolog yang dikenal saat ini karena melakukan riset awal terhadap pernapasan dan udara. Mayow bekerja dalam sebuah bidang yang terkadang disebut kimia pneumatik.
