Coahuila, secara formal Coahuila de Zaragoza (pengucapan bahasa Spanyol: [koaˈwila ðe saɾaˈɣosa]), merupakan sebuah negara bagian di Meksiko yang memiliki luas wilayah 149.982 km² dan populasi 2.474.692 jiwa (2005). Ibu kotanya adalah Saltillo. Negara bagian ini berada di bagian utara Meksiko yang langsung berbatasan dengan negara Amerika Serikat di sisi utara dari negara bagian tersebut.
