Zacharias Manuel de la Rocha (lahir 12 Januari 1970) adalah seorang rapper, musikus, penyair, dan aktivis, dikenal sebagai penyanyi kelompok musik Rage Against the Machine.

Dalam RATM, ia menulis lirik lagu yang berisi kritik sosial politik. Pada Oktober 2000, ia meninggalkan RATM dan ketiga anggota lainnya lantas membentuk Audioslave bersama Chris Cornell. Setelah itu, de la Rocha merekam album solo dengan bantuan DJ Shadow, Company Flow, dan ?uestlove. Album ini tidak pernah selesai, dan de la Rocha kemudian memulai proyek baru bersama Trent Reznor dari Nine Inch Nails. Sekitar 20 lagu diproduksi namun juga tidak diterbitkan.

Pada 14 April 2007, Tom Morello dan de la Rocha bermain musik bersama di The House of Blues, Chicago, untuk Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW). Rage Against the Machine bersatu kembali untuk hari terakhir 2007 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Mereka juga berencana untuk tampil dalam Voodoo Music Experience di New Orleans pada bulan Oktober 2007.
