Misi Balfour, juga disebut sebagai Kunjungan Balfour, adalah sebuah kunjungan diplomatik resmi ke Amerika Serikat oleh Pemerintah Inggris saat Perang Dunia I, tak lama setelah deklarasi perang Amerika Serikat terhadap Jerman (1917).

Tujuan misi tersebut adalah mempromosikan kerjasama masa perang, dan untuk memberi persiapan perang dari mitra baru Inggris.
