Topi tinggi[1] adalah sebuah topi dengan bagian atas yang datar dan berukuran tinggi khusus pria yang secara tradisional diasosiasikan dengan busana formal dalam gaya busana Barat, seperti halnya dasi putih, busana pagi atau mantel rok. Biasanya terbuat dari sutra hitam atau terkadang abu-abu, topi tinggi muncul dalam fesyen Barat pada akhir abad ke-18.
