Masakan Portugis adalah masakan yang memiliki ciri-ciri makanan yang kaya akan rasa, dan merupakan contoh utama makanan Mediterania. Pengaruh masakan Portugal terhadap bekas jajahan Kekaisaran Portugis jelas, terutama besarnya bumbu yang digunakan. Minyak zaitun adalah salah satu dari basis makanan Portugis, baik untuk memasak dan memberikan rasa pada makanan. Garlic juga banyak digunakan.
