Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation adalah produsen truk dan bus asal Jepang yang dimiliki oleh Daimler AG. Perusahaan ini memiliki kantor pusat di Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa, Jepang. Daimler AG memiliki 89,29% saham perusahaan ini, sehingga Mitsubishi Fuso adalah bagian dari divisi Daimler Trucks milik Daimler AG. Sejarah awal Fuso dimulai tahun 1932 dengan sebuah bus B46. Kemudian berkembang dengan beberapa model bus lain dan juga truk yang banyak diproduksi hingga saat ini.Fuso dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok sebagai berikut:
