Melissa Anne Villaseñor (/ˌviːjəsɪnˈjɔːr/ VEE-yə-SIN-yor; lahir 9 Oktober 1987) adalah seorang komedian, aktris, musisi dan ilustrator asal Amerika Serikat. Pertama kali menarik perhatian untuk pertunjukan stand-upnya, Villaseñor menemukan kesuksesan yang lebih luas ketika dia dipekerjakan untuk bergabung dengan pemeran serial komedi sketsa NBC, Saturday Night Live, menjelang musim ke-42 acara tersebut pada tahun 2016. Dia kemudian meninggalkan SNL pada akhir musim ke-47 pada tahun 2022, setelah enam musim sebagai anggota pemeran.[1]

Villaseñor lahir di Whittier, California, di Los Angeles County, pada tanggal 9 Oktober 1987,[2] putri dari pasangan asal Meksiko, Guadalupe "Lupe" Peralta dan Miguel "Michael" Humberto Villaseñor. Dia adalah keturunan Spanyol, Basque, dan pribumi Meksiko,[3] dengan asal dari Jalisco dan Aguascalientes, Meksiko.[3][4][5] Dia juga memiliki 2% DNA Sub-Sahara Afrika.[3] Villaseñor dan aktor Mario Lopez—yang leluhur Meksiko juga dieksplorasi pada episode yang sama dari Finding Your Roots — keduanya berkerabat jauh dengan sutradara Alejandro González Iñárritu.[6]
