Arnon Milchan (Ibrani: ארנון מילצ'ן; lahir 6 Desember 1944) adalah pebisnis Israel yang telah memproduseri lebih dari 130 film.[2] Milchan, seorang miliarder dan pemilik New Regency Films, pernah bekerja sebagai agen intelijen Israel pada pertengahan 1960-an sampai 1980-an.[3][4]
Arnon Milchan telah memproduseri beberapa film yang sukses besar dan mendapat pujian kritikus. Setelah memproduseri Pretty Woman, Milchan mendirikan Regency Enterprises. Regency memproduksi beberapa film yang memenangi dan mendapat nominasi Oscar, termasuk 12 Years a Slave, L.A. Confidential, JFK, Heat, Fight Club, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Ia diakui sebagai salah satu produser independen terbaik dalam sejarah Hollywood. Ia adalah warga negara Israel dan menetap di Israel.
