Enzim pengubah angiotensin atau Angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) adalah eksopeptidase yang mengkatalisasi perubahan angiotensin I ke nonapeptide angiotensin (1-9),[1] atau konversi angiotensin II ke angiotensin 1-7.[2][3] ACE2 berdampak langsung pada fungsi jantung,a dan diekspresikan terutama dalam sel endotelium vaskular pada jantung dan ginjal.[4]

Reseptor ACE2 telah terbukti menjadi pintu masuk bagi virus SARS[5] dan 2019-nCoV,[6][7] ke tubuh manusia.
