François-Nicolas Vincent (lahir 1766 atau 1767; wafat 24 Maret 1794) adalah Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Perang di Republik Pertama Prancis, dan tokoh penting dalam Revolusi Prancis.[1] Sebagai anggota Kelompok Cordelier, ia dikenal sebagai pemimpin sans-culottes radikal dan anggota penting dari faksi Hébertis.
