François Charles Armand Fillon (lahir 4 Maret 1954) adalah Perdana Menteri Prancis tahun 2007-2012. Dia mulai menjabat sejak 17 Mei 2007 saat Prancis membuat kabinet baru setelah Nicolas Sarkozy terpilih sebagai presiden.^[1]^[2] Sebagai anggota dari partai UMP, Fillon duduk dalam kabinet bentukan Jean-Pierre Raffarin sebagai Minister of Labour pada tahun 2002 dan menjalankan undang-undang reformasi kontroversial 35-jam kerja seminggu serta sistem pensiun Prancis. Dia merupakan lulusan University of Paris V: René Descartes.

Fillon terpilih sebagai perdana menteri menggantikan Dominique de Villepin. Fillon turun dari jabatan perdana menteri setelah Sarkozy dikalahkan oleh François Hollande dalam pemilihan presiden Prancis tahun 2012.
