Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) adalah sebuah perusahaan bidang efek spesial film yang didirikan oleh George Lucas pada May 1975. Perusahaan ini dimiliki oleh Lucasfilm dan sudah banyak memangkan Academy Award.

Lucas mendirikan perusahaan ini untuk mensubtitusi departemen efek spesial 20th Century Fox yang ditutup setelah proposal Star Warsnya disetujui.

ILM terletak di Van Nuys, California. Presiden dan General Manager ILM sekarang adalah Lynwen Brennan.

ILM juga menangani pembuatan film-film Star Trek yang bernaung di bawah Paramount Studio.
