Ralph Norman Angell (Holbeach, 26 Desember 1872 - Croydon, 7 Oktober 1967) adalah seorang dosen, penulis, dan anggota parlemen untuk Partai Buruh Britania Raya. Ia menerima Penghargaan Perdamaian Nobel pada tahun 1933 atas selebaran antiperangnya The Great Illusion. Ia adalah salah satu anggota komite eksekutif Liga Bangsa-bangsa dan Dewan Perdamaian Nasional.

Ia terlahir sebagai Ralph Norman Angell Lane, tetapi kemudian membuang nama Lane.
