Rumpun bahasa Oska-Umbri, Sabelik atau Sabeli adalah kelompok rumpun bahasa Italik, rumpun bahasa Indo-Eropa yang dituturkan di Semenanjung Italia tengah dan selatan oleh orang Oska-Umbria sebelum digantikan bahasa Latin, seiring dengan berkembangnya Romawi Kuno. Bahasa ini berkembang dari pertengahan milenium ke-1 SM hingga abad-abad awal milenium ke-1 M. Bahasa ini dikenal dari beberapa prasasti, terutama Oska dan Umbria, tetapi ada juga beberapa kata serapan Oska-Umbria ke dalam bahasa Latin.
