Porter Johnston Goss (/ɡɒs/; lahir 26 November 1938) adalah seorang politikus dan pejabat pemerintahan Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai anggota Partai Republik dalam DPR dari 1989 sampai 2004, saat ia menjadi Direktur Intelijensi Pusat (Director of Central Intelligence, DCI) terakhir dan Direktur Badan Intelijensi Pusat pertama usai pengesahan Undang-Undang Reformasi Intelijensi dan Pencegahan Terorisme 2004, yang meniadakan jabatan DCI dan menggantikannya dengan Direktur Intelijensi Nasional pada 21 April 2005.
