Persetujuan Amiens adalah salah satu perjanjian damai pada yang ditandatangani di Amiens, Prancis pada tanggal 27 Maret 1802 antara Prancis dan Britania Raya, yang untuk sementara mengakhiri ketegangan antarkedua belah pihak. Dalam penandatanganan tersebut, Prancis diwakili oleh Joseph Bonaparte dan Britania Raya diwakili oleh Charles Cornwallis, 1st Marquess Cornwallis.

Syarat perjanjian[sunting | sunting sumber]

Perjanjian itu, dengan menyatakan "perdamaian, persahabatan, dan pemahaman yang baik", memuat syarat-syarat sebagai berikut:

Menyusun pemulihan tahanan dan sandera.
Britania Raya mengembalikan Koloni Tanjung kepada Republik Batavia.
Britania Raya mengembalikan sebagian besar kepulauan Hindia Barat yang ditaklukkannya kepada Bataafse Republiek.
Britania Raya menarik pasukannya dari Mesir.
Britania Raya mendapat wilayah Trinidad, Tobago, dan Sailan.
Prancis menarik pasukannya dari Negara Gereja.
Perbatasan Guyana Prancis ditentukan.
Malta, Gozo, dan Comino dikembalikan ke Ksatria Rumah Sakit dan pulau-pulau itu dinyatakan netral.
