Choe Hyon (Hangul: 최현, 6 Mei 1907 – 10 April 1982), juga dikenal sebagai Sai Ken (diambil dari pengucapan Jepang dari namanya),[3][4] adalah seorang jenderal dan politikus asal Korea Utara. Choe berjuang dalam perjuangan anti-Jepang sejak 1932. Ia menjadi salah satu pemimpin militer paling penting dari pemberontakan bersenjata di Manchuria, bersama dengan Kim Il-sung. Keduanya adalah teman dekat pada masa dan setelah tahun-tahun gerilya. Setelah pembebasan Korea, para gerilyawan memilih Kim di antara mereka sendiri sebagai pemimpin Korea Utara, meskipun Choe adalah senior mereka dan memiliki pangkat yang lebih tinggi dalam Partai Komunis Tiongkok (PKT).
