BT Tower adalah sebuah bangunan tinggi berbentuk tabung di London, Britania Raya, terletak di 60 Cleveland Street, Fitzrovia W1T 4JZ, London Borough of Camden. Bangunan ini sebelumnya bernama Post Office Tower, London Telecom Tower dan British Telecom Tower. Struktur utamanya setinggi 177 meter (581 ft), dengan mast tambahan sehingga tinggi totalnya yaitu 189 meter (620 ft). Menara ini tidak sama dengan BT Centre (markas global BT) atau British Telecom Tower (Birmingham). Kode posnya ialah YTOW.
Pada tahun 1962, ketika menara ini masih dibangun, BT Tower mengalahkan Katedral St. Paul sebagai bangunan tertinggi di London. Gelar ini terus dipertahankan sampai 1980 ketika akhirnya direbut oleh NatWest Tower.
