Ikuo Oyama (大山 郁夫, Ōyama Ikuo) (20 September 1880 – 30 November 1955) adalah seorang politikus sosialis Jepang. Ia kabur dari Jepang ke Amerika Serikat pada 1933, dimana ia mendapatkan pekerjaan di departemen ilmu politik dan perpustakaan Northwestern University. Ia kembali ke Jepang setelah akhir Perang Dunia II.[1] Pada 1951, ia dianugerahi Penghargaan Perdamaian Stalin. Ia meninggal akibat subdural hematoma saat menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Kanselir.
