Woo Bin kemudian membintangi hit box office Friend: The Great Legacy (2013), The Con Artists (2014) dan Twenty (2015). Pada tahun 2016, dia mengambil peran utama pertamanya di televisi dalam serial Uncontrollably Fond. Pada Mei 2017, ia mengidap nasofaring yang menyerang bagian kepala dan leher. Woo Bin memutuskan hiatus selama 2 tahun untuk fokus pada pengobatannya. Penampilan pertamanya di publik setelah hiatus adalah pada acara penghargaan film, Blue Dragon Film Awards ke-40 yang digelar pada 21 November 2019. Ia bersiap comeback dengan membintangi film dan serial Netflix pada akhir 2021.
