Perang Narkoba Meksiko adalah konflik bersenjata antara kartel narkoba dan pemerintah Meksiko. Peperangan ini menyebabkan penangkapan beberapa figur penting pada perdagangan narkoba. Meksiko merupakan rute utama kokain dan narkoba ilegal lainnya memasuki Amerika Serikat dan Kanada.[26][27][28] Kolombia merupakan produsen kokain utama.[29]
