Gaucho (gaúcho pada bahasa Portugis, gaucho pada bahasa Spanyol) adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan penduduk di Pampas, Gran Chaco dan Patagonia di Amerika Selatan, dapat ditemui di Argentina, Uruguay, Zona Austral dan Rio Grande do Sul. Di Brasil istilah ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan penduduk Rio Grande do Sul.
