Gliese 581 g atau Gl 581 g, adalah eksoplanet yang mengorbit bintang katai merah Gliese 581, berjarak 20,5 tahun cahaya[9] dari bumi pada rasi Libra. Gliese 581 g merupakan planet keenam yang ditemukan pada sistem planet Gliese 581dan planet keempat yang terdekat dengan bintang tersebut. Planet ini ditemukan oleh Survei eksoplanet Lick-Carnegie setelah pengamatan selama satu dekade. Penemuan Gliese 581 g diumumkan pada akhir bulan September 2010, dan dipercaya sebagai planet yang hampir mirip dengan bumi serta calon eksoplanet dengan potensi terbesar untuk menemukan adanya kehidupan. Deteksi Gliese 581 g pada periode waktu yang singkat menyebabkan astronom mempercayai proporsi bintang dengan planet yang dihuni kemungkinan lebih dari 10%.[10]
Steven Vogt, astronom yang menemukan planet ini, secara informal menamakan planet ini Zarmina yang merupakan nama istrinya.
