Jalur kereta api Boten–Vientiane, sering kali disebut sebagai jalur kereta api Tiongkok–Laos (LCR) adalah sebuah jalur kereta api listrik sepanjang 414 kilometer (257 mi) yang dibangun di Laos, antara ibukota Vientiane dan kota kecil Boten di perbatasan dengan Tiongkok. Jalur kereta api tersebut adalah proyek terbesar dan paling mahal yang pernah dibangun di Laos.

Sebuah proyek kolaborasi antara Laos dan Tiongkok, ujung utara jalur ini terhubung langsung ke jaringan rel Tiongkok di Stasiun Mohan di Yunnan, melalui jalur kereta api Yuxi–Mohan, dan memiliki perbekalan di selatan untuk terhubung dengan jalur kecepatan tinggi Bangkok–Nong Khai di Thailand, dan mungkin sampai ke Singapura melalui HSR. Kereta api berakhir di stasiun kargo Vientiane Selatan. Kereta api Boten–Vientiane ini merupakan bagian integral dari jalur kereta api Kunming–Singapura,^[5] dan dibangun sebagai bagian dari Inisiatif Sabuk dan Jalan (BRI).^[6]^[7]

Ini merupakan kereta semi cepat kedua yang beroperasional di Asia Tenggara setelah kereta bandara Express Rail Link di Malaysia (kecepatan operasioal maksimum 160 km/jam).
