Helen dari Yunani dan Denmark (bahasa Yunani: Ελένη, Eleni; bahasa Rumania: Elena; 2 Mei 1896 – 28 November 1982) adalah seorang ibu suri Rumania pada masa pemerintahan putranya Raja Mikael (1940–1947). Ia dikenal karena upaya kemanusiaannya untuk menyelamatkan Yahudi Rumania pada Perang Dunia II, yang membuatnya dianugerahi gelar kehormatan Righteous Among the Nations pada 1993.
