Kepulauan Shetland (bahasa Scots: Shetland, Gaelik Skotlandia: Sealtainn, Norse Kuno: Hjaltland) merupakan nama kepulauan yang terletak di Laut Utara. Secara administratif Shetland merupakan sebuah kabupaten Skotlandia yang berstatus kepulauan. Berbahasa tunggal Shetland, Norwegia, Skotlandia, maupun Inggris. Pusat administrasinya berada di Lerwick. Pulau ini memiliki luas wilayah 1.466 km² dengan memiliki populasi 21.900 jiwa (2006).
