Sebuah biografi dalam bentuk film berbahasa Hindi India dengan judul yang sama telah dirilis pada tahun 2020. Film ini digarap dan ditulis oleh Anu Menon, diproduksi oleh Sony Pictures Networks India dan Vikram Malhotra di bawah perusahaa Abundantia Entertainment. Vidya Balan memerankan sebagai Shakuntala Devi.
