Kongregasi Salib Kudus atau Congregatio a Sancta Cruce (C.S.C.) adalah sebuah kongregasi para imam dan bruder Katolik yang didirikan pada 1837 oleh Beato Romo Basil Anthony-Marie Moreau, CSC, di Le Mans, Prancis.
Romo Moreau juga mendirikan Marianit Salib Kudus, yang sekarang terbagi dalam tiga kongregasi suster. Kongregasi-kongregasi wanita yang bermula dari Romo Moreau adalah Marianit Salib Kudus (Le Mans, Prancis), Kesusteran Salib Kudus, (Notre Dame, Indiana), dan Kesusteran Salib Kudus, (Montreal, Kanada).
