Eve Pancharoen (bahasa Thai: อีฟ ปานเจริญ - lahir 7 Agustus 1981), yang lebih dikenal dengan nama panggungnya Palmy (bahasa Thai: ปาล์มมี่), adalah seorang penyanyi pop Thai-Belgia. Ia telah merekam dan merilis beberapa album yang meliputi DVD konser pada label GMM Grammy yang bermula dari debut solo dengan judul namanya sendiri, Palmy, pada 2001. Palmy telah mengeksplor berbagai gaya musik populer pada setiap empat album solonya. Ia meraih kesuksesan tak hanya di negara-negara Asia (khususnya Thailand, Singapura, Jepang, dan Korea), namun ia juga telah tampil di Australia dan Inggris.
