Suting Dimulai dari produksi sekolah, Dourif berkembang menjadi teater komunitas, bergabung dengan Pemain Komunitas Huntington saat kuliah di Universitas Marshall. Bradford Claude Dourif[2] (lahir 18 Maret 1950) adalah seorang aktor Amerika. Dia dinominasikan untuk Oscar, dan memenangkan Golden Globe dan BAFTA Award untuk peran debut filmnya sebagai Billy Bibbit dalam One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975). Ia juga dikenal karena memerankan Gríma Wormtongue dalam serial The Lord of the Rings (2002–2003) dan mengisi suara Chucky dalam franchise Child's Play (1988–sekarang).

Kakek dari pihak ayah beremigrasi dari Prancis, dan kakek dari pihak ayah ikut mendirikan Standard Ultramarine and Color Company di [4] Setelah ayah Dourif meninggal pada tahun 1953, ibunya menikah lagi dengan pegolf juara William C. Campbell, yang membantu membesarkan Dourif dan lima saudara kandungnya (empat saudara perempuan dan satu saudara laki-laki). Dari tahun 1963 hingga 1965, Dourif bersekolah di Aiken Preparatory School swasta di Aiken, Carolina Selatan. Di sana, ia mengejar minatnya dalam seni dan akting. Suting Dimulai dari produksi sekolah, Dourif berkembang menjadi teater komunitas, bergabung dengan Pemain Komunitas Huntington saat kuliah di Universitas Marshall. Di New York City, dia belajar dengan Sanford Meisner, dan bekerja dengan Marshall Mason dan Lanford Wilson di Circle Repertory Company.
