Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Cojuangco Aquino III^[1] (Hanzi sederhana: 许渐华; Hanzi tradisional: 許漸華; Pinyin: Xǔ Jiànhuá; 8 Februari 1960 – 24 Juni 2021) adalah Presiden Filipina,^[2] yang terpilih pada Pemilihan Presiden Filipina 2010 dengan 15.208.678 suara sah,^[3]. Partai politiknya adalah Partai Liberal Filipina.^[4] Dia adalah anggota Senat Filipina. Dia juga merupakan anak laki-laki satu-satunya dari mantan Presiden Filipina, Corazon Aquino dan mantan Senator Filipina Benigno Aquino, Jr.

Kehidupan Politik

Benigno Simeon 'Noynoy" C. Aquino III memandang politik sebagai kendaraan yang di perlukan untuk perubahan. Perspektif yang ia bentuk bentuk sejak dini melalui ajaran dan contoh yang di berikan oleh kedua orang tuanya. Pada tahun 1998, ia mencalonkan diri untuk kursi di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Filipina dan menang. Dia akan menjabat sebagai Anggota Kongres Distrik ke-2 Tarlac hingga 2007.^[1]
