Joan-Enric Vives i Sicília (Katalan: [ʒuˈan ənˈriɡ ˈbiβəz i siˈsili.ə]; lahir 24 Juli 1949) adalah seorang pastor Spanyol, yang menjabat sebagai Uskup Urgell sejak tahun 2003,[1] dan oleh karena itu merupakan Co-Pangeran Andorra. Vives i Sicília lahir pada tahun 1949 di Barcelona sebagai putra ketiga Francesc Vives i Pons dan istrinya Cornèlia Sicília Ibáñez, yang bekerja sebagai pedagang eceran kecil.
