MBC4 adalah sebuah stasiun televisi swasta nasional di Uni Emirat Arab yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2005. Stasiun televisi ini khusus Negara-negara Arab pertama saluran diarahkan secara eksklusif terhadap perempuan dan keluarga muda Arab. Ini siaran top-rated seri Barat selain pemrograman unggulan yang diproduksi secara lokal.

Sejarah

MBC 4 adalah spin-off dari MBC 2[1] yang mulai ditayangkan pada tanggal 1 Februari 2005. Awalnya dimaksudkan untuk memberikan berita dan hiburan Barat kepada orang dewasa liberal, MBC 4 kemudian dialihkan untuk berkonsentrasi pada pemirsa wanita. Pemrograman di MBC 4 didukung oleh iklan.[2] Tagline-nya adalah "Jadi Anda Bisa Menonton Apa yang Mereka Tonton".[3]

Program

MBC 4 menayangkan serial dan talkshow[4] dari Amerika Serikat, Turki,[5] Britania Raya, dan Australia,[6] subtitled in Arabic.[7] Adegan ciuman biasanya diedit dari program dari negara lain.[8]
