(atau disingkat: Sabah FC Sdn Bhd) adalah sebuah perusahaan swasta klub sepak bola yang berbasis di Sabah, Malaysia dengan Nomor Registrasi Perusahaan 1383683U.[5][6][7] (Sdn Bhd berarti Berhad Perorangan atau Perusahaan Bisnis Swasta) Dulunya dikenal sebagai Asosiasi Sepak Bola Kalimantan Utara (pada 1950) dan kemudian Asosiasi Sepak Bola Sabah (SAFA) oleh pemerintah Sabah, kemudian menjadi perusahaan swasta independen pada tahun 2021 oleh pemegang organisasi olahraga Sabah menjadi perorangan perusahaan pemegang klub -Klub pemuda dan olahraga Sabah.[8][9] Saat ini, perusahaan memiliki kendali atas klub sepak bola yang memiliki dua tim yaitu Sabah FC dan Sabah Youth FC (U18/U23), satu stadion dan juga situs resmi.[10][11][12][13][14][15]
