Di bawah ini tabel konsonan dan vokal jamo Hangul, aslinya diwarnai biru pada baris pertama, sedangkan turunannya (dalam bentuk dan suara tambahan) pada baris selanjutnya. Tabel dipisahkan jadi tabel di depan, vokal serta di belakang. Jamo diromanisasi berdasar pada aturan transliterasi Romanisasi yang direvisi. Maka dari itu, tabel ini tidak untuk dipakai untuk transkripsi bahasa Korea, sebab perubahan suaranya harus diamati terlebih dahulu.

Beberapa urutan dipakai. Tipe pertama umum digunakan di Korea Selatan, berbeda dalam pengucapan konsonan jamo ganda pada posisi di depan (syllable-initial; choseong) serta di belakang (-final; jongseong); tipe kedua resmi di Korea Utara.
