Prof. Dr. H. Syamsudin Mahmud, M.Si. (24 April 1934 – 22 Mei 2021) adalah Gubernur Aceh periode 1993–2000. Ia diangkat sebagai Gubernur Aceh menggantikan Ibrahim Hassan. Pada 22 Mei 2021, ia meninggal dunia di usia 87 tahun.[2][3]
