"Killer Queen" adalah lagu dari band rock Inggris Queen. Ditulis oleh penyanyi utama Freddie Mercury dan direkam untuk album ketiga mereka Sheer Heart Attack pada tahun 1974. Album ini mencapai tangga lagu kedua di UK Singles Chart dan menjadi singel pertama mereka hit yang hit di Amerika Serikat, lalu menduduki nomor dua belas pada Billboard Hot 100.[4] Lagu ini tentang gadis panggilan kelas atas dan ditandai sebagai "paean yang dipandu piano Mercury pada quaffing Moët tentang pelacur".[4][5] Lagu ini adalah lagu nomor 2 dari album Queen tahun 1974, Sheer Heart Attack.

Pada tahun 1975, Mercury menerima Penghargaan Ivor Novello. Lagu ini termasuk dalam album kompilasi Greatest Hits pertama Queen dari tahun 1981, dan Absolute Greatest (2009).[6] Juga direkam di album live Live Killers serta Queen Rock Montreal.[7][8]
