Gilbert Frank Amelio (lahir 1 Maret 1943 di New York City) adalah seorang pejabat eksekutif teknologi Amerika Serikat. Ia dibesarkan di Miami, Florida dan mendapatkan gelar sarjana, master, dan PhD dalam bidang fisika dari Georgia Institute of Technology. Amelio bekerja di Bell Labs, Fairchild Semiconductor, dan divisi semikonduktor Rockwell International namun lebih dikenal sebagai mantan CEO National Semiconductor dan Apple. Amelio adalah CEO National Semiconductor sejak 27 Mei 1991 hingga 2 Februari 1996. Selama masa jabatannya di National Semiconductor, Amelio memotong pengeluaran dan membawa untung besar bagi perusahaan ini.
