Billie Honor Whitelaw CBE (6 Juni 1932 – 21 Desember 2014) adalah seorang pemeran asal Inggris. Ia berkarya dalam kolaborasi dengan pengarang sandiwara Irlandia Samuel Beckett selama 25 tahun dan dianggap sebagai salah satu interpreter terdepan dari karya-karyanya.[2] Ia juga dikenal karena berperan sebagai Mrs. Baylock dalam film horor tahun 1976 The Omen.
