Grays (atau Grays Thurrock)[1] adalah kota terbesar di borough dan otoritas unitari Thurrock di Essex dan salah satu paroki (Gereja Inggris) tradisional Thurrock. Kota tersebut berjarak sekitar 20 mil (32 km) dari timur London, berada pada tepi utara Sungai Thames, dan berjarak 2 mil (3,2 km) dari timur jalan motor M25.
