Serial televisi ini disiarkan oleh MBC dari tanggal 23 Januari hingga tanggal 28 Maret 2013 pada hari Rabu dan Kamis pada pukul 21:55 untuk 20 episode.[7]

Serial komedi mata-mata romantis ini adalah daur ulang dari film tahun 2009 yaitu My Girlfriend Is an Agent.[8] Judul awal dari serial televisi ini adalah Secret Agent War dan The Secret Lovers.[9][10]

Alur

Cinta dan spionase bertabrakan dalam drama ini tentang agen pendatang baru di National Intelligence Service. Han Gil-ro (Joo Won) menyadari impiannya menjadi seorang pria internasional yang penuh misteri, setelah masa kanak-kanaknya dihabiskan untuk menonton film James Bond. Kim Seo-won (Choi Kang-hee) menganggap mata-mata sebagai hal yang konyol, sebagai agen belum ditentukan, tapi itu semua tidak seglamor 007. Mereka berdua baik Gil-ro dan Seo-won harus belajar apa yang diperlukan untuk menegakkan kewajiban mereka sebelum dilantik, bahkan dengan mengorbankan kebahagiaan mereka - dan bahkan kehidupan mereka.
