Helen Prejean, C.S.J. (lahir 21 April 1939) adalah seorang biarawati Katolik Roma, anggota Kongregasi Santo Yusuf yang berbasis di New Orleans, dan advokat Amerika utama untuk penghapusan hukuman mati.
Sr. Prejean mendirikan kelompok SURVIVE, untuk membantu keluarga korban pembunuhan dan kejahatan terkait. Ia menjabat sebagai Ketua Nasional National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty dari 1993 sampai 1995. Ia membantu pendirian The Moratorium Campaign, yang ditujukan untuk mengakhiri hukuman mati dan memberikan pendidikan tentang hukuman mati.
