Nancy Kwan Ka-shen (Hanzi tradisional: 關家蒨; Hanzi sederhana: 关家蒨; Pinyin: Guān Jiāqiàn; lahir 19 Mei 1939)[1] adalah seorang aktris Amerika kelahiran Hong Kong, yang memerankan peran utama dalam penampilan peran berdarah Amerika dalam peran-peran film Hollywood besar.

Lahir di Hong Kong pada 19 Mei 1939,[2] dan dibesarkan di Kowloon Tong,[3] ia adalah putri dari pasangan Kwan Wing-hong,[4] seorang arsitek Kanton,[5] dan Marquita Scott, seorang peragawati Kaukasia[6] berdarah Inggris dan Skotlandia.[7][note 1] Sebagai putra dari seorang pengacara Tiongkok, Kwan Wing-hong masuk Cambridge University dan menjadi arsitek panutan di Hong Kong. Setelah ia bertemu Marquita Scott di London, keduanya menikah dan pindah ke Hong Kong.[7] Pada masa itu, masyarakat memegang pandangan sinis terhadap pernikahan antar ras yang berbeda.[8] Kwan memiliki seorang kakak, Ka-keung.[9]
