Ōi (大井, "Sumur besar") adalah sebuah kapal penjelajah milik Angkatan Laut Kekaisaran Jepang yang terlibat dalam Perang Dunia II. Ia merupakan kapal penjelajah ringan ke-empat dari kelas Kuma. Namanya diambil dari Sungai Ooi di Prefektur Shizuoka, Jepang.
Ōi dikonversi menjadi kapal penjelajah torpedo pada tanggal 25 Agustus 1941. Saat Perang Pasifik pecah, ia menjadi pengawal dari Armada Gabungan. Ia juga terlibat dalam Pertempuran Midway. Setelah itu, ia dikonversi lagi menjadi kapal transport cepat pada Agustus 1942 bersamaan dengan Kitakami. Ōi juga terlibat dalam operasi di Samudra Hindia.[2]
Ia akhirnya tenggelam pada tanggal 19 Juli 1944[3] dan dicoret dari daftar kapal pada 10 September 1944.[4]
