Île Saint-Paul (Pulau Santo Paulus) adalah sebuah pulau yang meliputi bagian dari Daratan Antarktika dan Selatan Prancis (Terres australes et antarctiques françaises, TAAF) di Samudra Hindia, dengan luas 6 km2 (2,3 sq mi). Pulau tersebut berjarak sekitar 85 km (53 mi) dari barat daya Île Amsterdam (55 km2 (21 sq mi)), dan 3.000 km (1.900 mi) dari tenggara Réunion.
