Pertempuran Misrata merupakan bagian dari Perang Saudara Libya 2011 di mana pasukan Dewan Transisi Nasional memenangkan pertempuran ini melawan pasukan loyalis al-Qaddafi.
Ratusan pemberontak merayakan kemenangan ini di jalan-jalan setelah pasukan Qaddafi melarikan diri dengan meninggalkan sejumlah tank yang dibakar, ujar para saksi mata. Pasukan pemerintah mulai menggempur kota di Libya barat yang sebagian besar berada di bawah kekuasaan Kol Qaddafi selama berminggu-minggu.
