Mattoo memulai debut aktingnya dengan Star Plus Suhani Si Ek Ladki di mana dia memainkan peran Anuj Birla.[3] Pada tahun 2016, dia menjadi terkenal dengan peran Rudra Singh Oberoi di Star Plus Ishqbaaaz.[4] Ia memainkan peran Rudra Singh Oberoi, anak bungsu dari tiga bersaudara dan terlihat berhadapan dengan karakter Mansi Srivastava Bhavya.[5] Sebelum ia terlihat dengan karakter Nehalaxmi Iyer Saumya. Pada tahun 2017, dia juga muncul dalam spin-off dari Ishqbaaaz, Dil Boley Oberoi.
